Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA)
It is the intent of the Pontiac Public Library and the Board of Trustees
to comply with the Illinois Freedom of Information Act. To this end they
have designated a library staff member as the library's Freedom of
Information Act Officer. The Pontiac Public Library is located at 211 East
Madison Street. All Freedom of Information requests should be directed
to the FOIA Officer at that address.
A FOIA request form is provided in an effort to best provide the requested information,
and is available at the library, or via an electronic download link below. However,
other requests will be honored, but must include contact information
and adequate details of the information being requested. The first 50 pages
of requested information will be provided free.
